Extended producer responsibility brings packaging design into a reporting and fee system. That system has a jurisdiction, a reporting period and defined material categories. A global label such as recyclable cannot fill those fields. Begin with the exact package components and the destinations where they are supplied, then check the applicable scheme guidance.
